Andrew Garrison

Julie Hining

Hi all, I am Julie Hining. I have lived in the neighborhood for the last five years but the area for most of my life. I graduated from Bossier High school and earned my undergraduate degree in accounting from LSUS. I received my MBA from Mississippi College followed by my CPA Certification.

I have been a homemaker for the last few years getting my final daughter out of BHS. Prior to this, I was at Gibson guitar for 14 years with 11 of those in accounting and the final three as General Manager. I have the distinction of being the only female GM Gibson ever had. I am excited to serve on the board and hope to help in any capacity the neighborhood needs!

Abby Howell

My name is Abby Howell. I am married to Cale and have two girls- Hope (7) and Leighton (5). I have lived in Woodlake South for 30 years. I grew up in the neighborhood and couldn't wait to move back to raise my own family. My career has been in dental practice management. I currently manage six dental offices, handling operations, human resources, and marketing alongside our management team. Additionally, we take care of their bookkeeping and property management. I love organization and have a "can do" attitude. I would love the opportunity to help Woodlake South remain the "best place to be" and become a healthy organization- financially, culturally, and structurally—for its residents for many years to come!

Frank Kelly

I'm a Christ-follower: Christian husband, Christian dad and Christian granddad. I'm a life-long learner, patriot, veteran and paratrooper. During my military service I was a paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division and served in two combat zones. After retiring from the Army I worked in senior management at a publicly-traded Fortune 200 health care company. I left that position to form my own healthcare company which I later sold. With my wife, Teri, we are parents to five kids, grandparents of thirteen. We're active in church and other ministries. I'm a recovering Bossier Parish School Board member having served my community for 5 years. I hold a Bachelor’s in Biology from the University of Texas at El Paso and a Master’s of Health Administration from Baylor University. I’m a former Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and a life member of the NRA, Disabled American Veterans, and Veterans of Foreign Wars. I’ve been teaching Sunday School at Cypress Baptist Church for twenty-something years.

Robin Nichols

Hello, neighbors! Our family has been in WLS for over 25 years - we love living in the best neighborhood in Benton! I am a retired Bossier Parish educator and now work as a Project Manager at CIC/STRIKEWERX. My goals for the HOA is to strengthen the financial position of the HOA so we can properly provide much needed maintenance and upgrades to our community as well as protect the HOA with updated covenants and bylaws. We will need the updated covenants to protect our neighborhood and home values with the many data center construction temporary workers who are arriving very soon and looking for short-term rentals. I look forward to working on the new board to contribute to the HOA efforts to improve WLS.

Mary Richter

Hi, my name is Mary Richter and my family have lived here just over four years now and we love it! I work for Community Renewal International as the first We Care Schools Care Connector on the campus of Summer Grove Elementary School where I have the joy of promoting intentional caring and kindness on campus and encouraging kids to be their best self. My husband and I have three kids, all grown, and two little Chorkie’s, Fred and Ginger. Beautiful and safe communities don’t just happen, they are built and maintained by the people who live there. We have such a great neighborhood already and helping to move it forward through improved communications, good financial stewardship, beautification efforts and seasonal and social events that bring us together is what I’d like our HOA to focus on and why I’d appreciate your vote.
